By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by ResProxy (operated by JC Media Agency Limited LLC, hereinafter referred to as "ResProxy," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ResProxy. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any proxy service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your continued use of the services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Description of Services

ResProxy provides proxy server services including, but not limited to:

  • Rotating Residential Proxies with unlimited bandwidth and 10M+ IPs across 130+ countries
  • Private IPv4 Proxies with dedicated datacenter IP addresses in 40+ countries
  • Premium ISP Proxies with real ISP-assigned IP addresses in 23+ countries
  • IPv6 Proxies with unlimited pool sizes and high-speed connections
  • Elite-level anonymity across all proxy types
  • HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocol support
  • API access and dashboard management tools

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of material changes via email or dashboard notification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  1. Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date registration information
  2. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and API keys
  3. All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you
  4. Notifying us immediately at Contact@jcmedia.agency if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used in violation of these Terms, or pose a security risk to our infrastructure or other users.

4. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following payment terms:

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption through our trusted payment processors.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Plans are billed according to the selected duration (daily, weekly, or monthly). Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

4.4 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on ResProxy's net income.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Refunds are not available after 24 hours of purchase, for accounts that have violated these Terms of Service, or for services that have been fully consumed.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ResProxy services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

  1. Any illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, unauthorized access to computer systems, or distribution of malware
  2. Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk messaging
  3. Conducting distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network abuse
  4. Accessing, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation content
  5. Engaging in activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  6. Attempting to circumvent or compromise the security of our systems or network infrastructure
  7. Reselling or redistributing our services without prior written authorization
  8. Using our services to engage in harassment, threats, or intimidation of individuals or organizations
  9. Violating the terms of service of any third-party website or service accessed through our proxies
  10. Any activity that could damage our reputation, infrastructure, or the ability of other users to access our services

6.2 Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and without refund. We may also report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with ResProxy's website and services are the property of JC Media Agency Limited LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, content, software, or services obtained from our website or services without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services solely for their intended purpose during your active subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. ResProxy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for high availability as outlined in our Availability Policy, temporary disruptions may occur.
  3. In no event shall ResProxy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  4. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ResProxy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResProxy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party
  • Any content or data you transmit through our services

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at Contact@jcmedia.agency. Upon termination, any remaining service time on active plans will be forfeited, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10.2 Termination by ResProxy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment or payment disputes
  • Extended periods of account inactivity
  • Conduct that is harmful to other users, our infrastructure, or our business

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JC Media Agency Limited LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using our services and close your account.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Service Level Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ResProxy regarding the use of our services.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
