1. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase on all proxy plans. This guarantee applies to:

  • Rotating Residential Proxies (all durations: 1-day, 7-day, and 30-day plans)
  • Private IPv4 Proxies
  • Premium ISP Proxies
  • IPv6 Proxies

The 24-hour window begins at the moment your order is confirmed and your proxy credentials are delivered. During this period, you may use the service to evaluate its quality, speed, and compatibility with your use case. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase time
  2. Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service
  3. The refund request must be submitted through one of our official support channels (email or Telegram)
  4. This is your first refund request for this type of product. Repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product type may be declined at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests after 24 hours: Any refund request submitted more than 24 hours after the original purchase time
  • Terms violations: Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Abuse of guarantee: Users who repeatedly purchase and request refunds to exploit the guarantee. We reserve the right to decline refund requests from users who exhibit a pattern of abuse
  • Custom or enterprise plans: Specially negotiated enterprise plans or custom pricing arrangements are subject to their own refund terms as specified in the individual agreement
  • Third-party charges: Any fees charged by payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks (such as gas fees) are non-refundable
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account and decline any future refund requests

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase through one of the following channels:

5. Refund Processing and Timeframes

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days and typically appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours of processing
  • Cryptocurrency payments: Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days and returned to the originating wallet address. Network transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount

All refunds are issued in the original payment currency. Exchange rate fluctuations for cryptocurrency payments are not covered by ResProxy.

6. Service Credits (Alternative to Refund)

As an alternative to a monetary refund, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future purchases. Service credits:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
  • Can be applied to any ResProxy product or plan
  • Cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account
  • May be offered at a value higher than the original purchase price as a goodwill gesture

7. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion:

  • When a service outage exceeds the thresholds defined in our Availability Policy
  • When technical issues on our end prevent you from using the service for a significant portion of your subscription period
  • Goodwill gestures for long-term customers experiencing issues beyond the 24-hour window

Partial refund amounts are calculated on a pro-rata basis relative to the unused portion of the subscription.
